Welcome

By using Vatis, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Vatis is

Vatis is an entertainment app that generates AI-written oracle readings based on your birth date, chosen theme, and current moon phase. Readings are creative, poetic interpretations — not predictions, medical advice, financial guidance, or therapy.

Don't make important life decisions based solely on your reading. For mental health, finances, relationships, or health, please consult a qualified professional.

Your account

• You must be 13 or older to use Vatis
• One person, one account — don't share accounts
• Keep your password secure; you're responsible for activity on your account
• Provide accurate information so your readings reflect your actual chart

Subscriptions

• New users get 7 days of full free access — no card required
• After the trial, you can choose Monthly ($4.99) or Annual ($29.99)
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled
• Cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription → Manage Billing
• Cancellations stop future billing; current period remains active
• Refunds: we follow standard app store policies. For direct subscriptions, contact us within 7 days for a full refund

Content & ownership

• Your readings are generated for you personally
• You can share your fate cards freely
• We retain rights to the underlying app, design, brand, and AI prompts
• Don't copy, scrape, or resell Vatis content commercially without permission

What you can't do

Don't:

• Use Vatis to harass, harm, or impersonate others
• Try to break, hack, reverse-engineer, or overload the service
• Use Vatis if it's illegal in your country
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools against the app
• Create fake accounts or manipulate streaks/rankings

We can suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI-generated content disclaimer

Readings are written by an AI model and are for entertainment only. They are not:

• Predictions of future events
• Medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice
• Statements of fact
• Endorsements of any belief system

Use your own judgment for real decisions.

Service availability

We aim for 99%+ uptime but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, change, or temporarily disable features without notice. If we permanently shut down Vatis, we'll give you 30 days to export your data.

Liability limits

Vatis is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law:

• We're not liable for decisions you make based on your readings
• We're not responsible for indirect damages (lost opportunities, emotional distress, etc.)
• Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months

Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes will be handled in Thai courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Major changes will be announced in the app. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
